English Customer Service Specialist-Marketing Expert for a Social Media Platform

Role summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for English market with expertise in marketing to join our client's team. The vacancy pertains to a social media project.

The project start date is June 20, 2024.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) daily through phone, chat, and email.
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet client business goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, focusing on revenue growth.
  • Research and understand client industries and business models.
  • Customize client experiences based on local business nuances.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and consult on optimal product adoption.
  • Engage proactively and reactively with clients to assess product performance and offer insights.
  • Develop expert knowledge of advertising solutions and share ideas for product and customer experience improvement.
  • Offer pre and post-sales assistance within your knowledge scope.
  • Identify trends, solve problems, and champion success stories.
  • Utilize various tools to drive client business success.
Working hours

40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email systems.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and performance under pressure.
  • Excellent client contact skills via phone, chat, or email.
  • Native or fluent (C2) English level.

Employment Terms & Benefits
  • Employment Term Contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months, extended for up to an additional 12 months.
  • Permanent contract after 2 years;
  • Private health and dental insurance after contract signature (given that you already have a NIF and Social Security number);
  • The meal allowance will be paid in a prepaid meal card and it is exempt from Social Security and IRS contributions.
