Job summary

Thales Portugal is seeking an Engineering Work Package Manager to drive complex system engineering activities within the Airspace Mobility Solutions sector. You will oversee multidisciplinary engineering resources and ensure delivery according to schedules and budgets.

The role requires a degree in computer engineering or similar, at least five years as a technical manager, strong coordination skills, and fluency in English. Travel availability is expected as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Technical Manager.
• Knowledge of System Engineering and System Development Lifecycles.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams.
• Good command of English.
