Bosch in Semelhe, Portugal, seeks an Engineering Manager – eBike Embedded Software Development to lead a multidisciplinary software organization and shape the long-term strategy for eBike software platforms, including Drive Units, Battery Packs and Head Units.

You will drive competence growth, ensure effective allocation of engineering resources across a portfolio of eBike solutions, collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and

Qualificações

Several years of experience in software development, preferably in embedded systems.
Proven leadership experience inside engineering teams.
Strong understanding of software lifecycles, agile methodologies and modern engineering practices.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Product Management, Project Management and Technical Leadership.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop a department of embedded software engineers and engineering professionals, defining and executing the organizational strategy for sustainable growth of the eBike software organization.
Own workforce and capacity planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation according to priorities and project demands.
Drive hiring activities and build a strong talent pipeline to support future growth of the eBike software organization.
