Attio, a Lisbon-based CRM startup, is seeking Engineering Leads who will drive real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and high-quality software delivery. This hands-on role blends individual technical contribution with leadership of a small team of engineers.

You'll recruit, mentor, and scale a top-class engineering group, design scalable architectures, and shape product decisions by engaging with customers. Attio offers equity and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• Experience designing secure, scalable, reliable backend systems.
• Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (either GCP or AWS).
• Demonstrable deep expertise with Node.js/Typescript or Go for backend development, or React for frontend development.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to the wider team and influence decisions.
• A desire and aptitude for leading and growing a great engineering team.
