Mollie in Lisbon invites ambitious engineering graduates to join its Engineering Graduate Program starting September 2026. The program offers rotations across back-end, infrastructure, or security engineering, paired with mentoring, buddy support, and hands-on experience at a leading European fintech.

You'll work on developing code in PHP, Java, or Python, collaborate with senior engineers, and contribute to a secure, modern platform while gaining exposure to Mollie’s business and a fast-paced

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with a 2025 or 2026 graduation date.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as PHP, Java or Python.
• Strong understanding of CS fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code in PHP, Java or Python.
• Collaborate with other experienced engineers to design, develop, and test new features and enhancements for our platform.
• Contribute to the development of our technical roadmap and ensure security and up-to-date technology.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously optimise our code base.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborate, learn from and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
