EDP is seeking an Engineering Design Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on analyzing, defining connection conditions and assessing various requests, ensuring effective operational coordination and ongoing team support.

The position offers a hybrid work site and a long-term contract, with collaboration across different areas of the organization and external entities to ensure timely resolutions and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills in an operational context.
• Results-oriented approach, with a focus on service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, define connection conditions and assess different types of requests (PLIPs, PLURs, PMODs, PLEVs and PPOTs) requiring daily operational coordination.
• Monitor and follow up on BPO activities and manage priorities.
• Ensure continuous support to the team through priority alignment, clarification of questions, technical guidance and follow-up of incoming requests.
• Coordinate with different areas of the organization and external entities, ensuring effective communication and the timely resolution of ongoing matters.
• Act as a facilitator and point of connection between teams and the different entities involved.
• Contribute to mitigating constraints, anticipating risks and promoting operational efficiency.
