EDP is seeking a proactive professional to manage the BPO team within our hybrid Porto-based operation. You will oversee the lifecycle of Network Connection Requests, coordinate with multiple units, and drive process improvements to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates autonomy, strong communication, team leadership, and experience in automating BPO activities. This is a full-time role offering a collaborative environment and opportunities to contribute to our energy

Responsabilidades

• Manage the BPO team, proposing and following up on action plans whenever deviations are identified.
• Follow up on the resolution of operational requests that have an impact on customers.
• Monitor and follow up on the lifecycle of Network Connection Requests, interacting with all responsible Organisational Units.
• Manage customer expectations and follow up on processes with customers.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and follow up on their implementation.

Main responsibilities:
