Overview

Go Solar, a PROEF Group company specialising in solar photovoltaic solutions, is looking to strengthen its team by hiring an Engineer for the Management and Execution of Photovoltaic Installations. We are looking for a professional with strong technical skills, leadership and results orientation, who is capable of managing projects in the field and guaranteeing quality and meeting deadlines in our photovoltaic installations.

Location: Trofa

Main Duties

• Comprehensive management of photovoltaic system installation work, ensuring that deadlines, quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordination of work teams in the field and supervision of subcontractors.
• Management of material resources and logistical planning of the works.
• Technical monitoring of project execution and validation of compliance with the technical project.
• Interfacing with clients, suppliers and stakeholders during the execution phases.
• Drawing up progress reports and reporting to project management.

Requirements

• Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or similar field.
• Proven experience in managing works and/or installations of photovoltaic systems (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of technical standards, applicable legislation and good safety practices.
• Good leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally (mandatory).
• Driving licence.
• Knowledge of technical English and digital project management tools are valued.
