Qualificações

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace or related field.
  • Experience in systems engineering, validation, and verification of complex systems.
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools such as Polarion or IBM DOORS.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation and system specifications.
  • Experience defining and executing test procedures, preferably in critical or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of electronic and software system validation.
  • Familiarity with MATLAB for signal, frequency, or performance analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Experience with HMI systems.
  • Knowledge of aeronautical industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience in test automation is an advantage.
  • Previous aeronautics/defense/air traffic control experience valued.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

  • Define, analyze, and manage requirements for critical air traffic control systems, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, validation plans, and client deliverables.
  • Participate in V&V activities for hardware and software systems.
  • Develop, execute, and document functional and integration test procedures.
  • Validate HMI screens, controls, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet technical and regulatory standards.
  • Support test automation process improvements.
  • Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
  • Use Polarion or IBM DOORS to ensure documentation consistency.
  • Provide Linux-based support for test execution and system validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, analyze, and manage requirements for critical air traffic control systems, ensuring full traceability and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, validation plans, and other client‑requested deliverables.
  • Participate in Verification and Validation (V&V) activities for hardware and software systems.
  • Develop, execute, and document functional and integration test procedures.
  • Validate Human‑Machine Interfaces (HMI), ensuring correct functionality of screens, controls, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to technical and regulatory requirements in the aeronautical sector.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of test automation processes.
  • Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Use requirements management tools such as Polarion or IBM DOORS to ensure documentation consistency.
  • Provide support in Linux environments for test execution and system validation.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in systems engineering, validation, and verification of complex systems.
  • Solid knowledge of requirements management tools such as Polarion, IBM DOORS, or equivalents.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation and system specifications.
  • Experience defining and executing test procedures, preferably in critical or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of electronic and software system validation.
  • Familiarity with MATLAB for signal, frequency, or performance analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Experience with HMI systems.

  • Availability for national and international travel.
