Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Flows Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced developer with a background in computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, biomedical engineering, or a similar scientific field. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of our products in a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS environment. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will help design and build AI‑driven solutions while influencing technical decisions and product direction, ultimately helping the company reach the next level.

Job Overview

For this role, we expect you to have knowledge of:

• Computer Science fundamentals such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Object‑Oriented Programming, data structures, communication protocols, and knowledge bases
• Advanced prompting techniques (agents, tools, and mechanisms that influence agent behavior)
• C#, or strong experience in another programming language such as Python or JavaScript, with openness to work with multiple technologies
• Development of conversational or AI‑driven flows, including low‑code environments
• Integration and use of REST APIs
• Data formats and communication protocols such as JSON, XML, and gRPC
• Strong English communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field

Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• AI & Large Language Models: Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals as they relate to LLMs, including data structures and knowledge bases.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Experience with agents, tool‑use, and sophisticated mechanisms that influence and steer agent behavior.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong command of C# (preferred).
  • Alternatively, deep expertise in Python or JavaScript, with a proven ability and willingness to pivot between different languages and technologies.
• System Design: Proficiency in Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) and designing conversational or AI‑driven workflows (including experience with low‑code environments).
• Integration & Protocols: Hands‑on experience with REST APIs and proficiency in data formats like JSON, XML, and gRPC.

Education & Professional Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience (with the flexibility to accommodate up to 10 years for senior‑level contributors).
• Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Project History: Proven track record of successful project delivery within a professional environment.
