Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Finance & Solutions professional based in Lisbon to drive energy controlling and data-driven insights. You will model energy contracts, perform price analyses, and contribute to month-end close, forecasting, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe and SEGE operations.

You will bring a Master’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience in energy controlling, with strong English skills; knowledge of SAP and ETRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering, Economics or Business & Management.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Energy Controlling or Middle Office roles.
• Financial background with understanding of energy markets, ETRM systems and finance tools (e.g., SAP, LIBS).
• Strong analytical skills, high adaptability and a proactive, hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Model and configure energy sourcing and sales contracts in Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) tools.
• Perform detailed analyses on energy prices and performance.
• Execute energy cost and revenue calculations, ensure plant allocations and analyze major deviations in energy P&L.
• Prepare energy price guidance and assist with Group financial reporting, including off-balance sheet energy commitments.
