Qualificações

• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune in hybrid Azure AD environments.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Basic networking knowledge and IT service management concepts (ITIL helpful).
• Proficient English, spoken and written; valid Portugal driving licence; willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and operate SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune in hybrid Azure AD environments.
• Deploy software updates, OS and application packages; monitor patch management.
• Document tickets, configurations and operational procedures.
• Provide technical documentation and reporting; ensure compliance and security postures.
• Coordinate deployments, create deployment rings, and support device enrollment.
• Travel as needed and maintain knowledge of Microsoft Windows and hardware.

You will manage and operate Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune in hybrid Azure AD environments. The role focuses on device administration, software and operating system deployment, patch management, compliance and technical documentation.

Main responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM activities.
• Deploy and monitor software updates and patch management processes.
• Support operating system, application and package deployment.
• Implement unattended device installation and configuration processes using SCCM, MDT, task sequences, BitLocker and MBAM.
• Administer devices, users, groups, policies, security, compliance, reporting and enrolment in Microsoft Intune.
• Create, monitor and manage deployment rings.
• Perform reporting and troubleshooting activities.
• Update and document tickets handled.
• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Knowledge of computer hardware.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks.
• Spoken and written English.
• A driving licence valid in Portugal.
• Availability to travel.
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
