Kardex Group, a global leader in automated storage solutions, is seeking a Project Purchaser – Partner Management for the EMEA region, based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will own project-related sourcing and manage partner relationships across multiple markets, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering and Installation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience in procurement for project-driven environments such as logistics, automation, or construction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relationships and contract terms.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project-related sourcing across EMEA, including RFQs and supplier selection.
• Direct commercial negotiations and project-specific agreements covering pricing and terms.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships while evaluating alternative suppliers.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Installation, and Sales to ensure cost, quality and timely delivery.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to minimize impact on projects.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvement measures.
