SEA.AI in Lisbon is seeking a Software Engineer to join our embedded NVIDIA Jetson-enabled systems onboard vessels. You will develop a high-performance C++/Python processing pipeline handling live camera feeds and vision models, focusing on reliability and speed.
Join a diverse, international team; travel to other offices and occasional home office options are offered as part of a flexible work policy.
Qualificações
- 5+ years building production software in an agile environment.
- Strong C++ and/or Python with solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with GStreamer and video pipelines.
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English; other languages a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Design and develop our C++/Python processing pipeline within real memory, compute, and latency constraints.
- Profile and optimize for real-time performance: latency, throughput, memory.
- Write clean, well-tested code, contributing to unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage.
- Own technical planning and delivery for multi-sprint initiatives: risk, dependencies, progress.
- Collaborate across hardware, product, and AI colleagues, bringing a system-oriented view to cross-functional decisions.
