Bosch Group in Portugal is seeking a skilled embedded software engineer to design, develop, and optimize C++ solutions for Occupant Monitoring Systems and AI-powered automotive applications.

You will collaborate with AI/ML teams to translate models into production-ready embedded software, ensuring high code quality, maintainability, and performance on leading automotive SoCs, with hybrid work flexibility and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Experience with modern C++ in embedded environments.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID, RAII, design patterns, and Clean Code.
• Understanding of memory management, multithreading and performance optimization.
• Experience with unit testing and CI/CD.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ software for Occupant Monitoring Systems and AI-powered automotive applications.
• Develop software components that consume, process, and interpret outputs from Deep Learning and ML models.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate AI models into embedded software solutions.
• Optimize software performance on embedded automotive platforms and SoCs.
• Support deployment, integration, and validation of AI models in embedded environments.
• Follow modern software engineering practices to ensure maintainability and testability.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement.
