Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon is seeking an embedded software engineer to develop and optimize AI-powered Occupant Monitoring Systems in C++. You will work at the intersection of embedded software and machine learning, transforming AI models into production-ready software for automotive platforms.

You will design, develop, and optimize software with a strong emphasis on performance, memory management, and code quality, while collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualificações

• Experience developing software in modern C++, preferably for embedded systems.
• Experience with software optimization, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID, RAII, design patterns, and Clean Code.
• Good understanding of memory management, multithreading, and performance optimization in embedded systems.
• Experience with API/interface design and modular software architectures.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning concepts (neural networks, inference pipelines).
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, TensorRT, PyTorch, or similar.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ software for Occupant Monitoring Systems and AI-powered automotive applications.
• Develop software components that process outputs from DL/ML models.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate AI models into embedded software.
• Understand and optimize interaction between hardware, software, AI algorithms, and systems.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and execution on embedded platforms.
• Support deployment, integration, and validation of AI models in embedded environments.
• Follow modern software engineering practices: testing, static analysis, CI/CD.
