Job summary

Vanderlande Logistics is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to lead electrical installation activities across multiple fronts. You will coordinate teams, ensure schedules are met, and maintain safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires reading schematics, using test instruments, and producing clear work instructions. International travel (50%+) is expected, with a hybrid work setup and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma in electrical fields; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with LV electrical systems and reading schematics.
• Strong ability to use MS Office; Autodesk tools are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical installation across multiple fronts.
• Coordinate installation teams and align with project schedules.
• Perform daily electrical tasks to maintain progress.
• Read drawings and single-line diagrams; follow manuals.
• Inspect equipment, verify safety, and support commissioning.
• Create detailed work instructions and prepare materials safely.
• Produce daily/weekly progress reports and notes on deviations.
• Develop installation documentation and as-built records.
• Identify site issues and address non-conformities.
