Jobtailor is seeking a knowledgeable engineer to develop and maintain structured knowledge content as the foundation for an AI-powered troubleshooting assistant for wind turbine electrical systems.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to convert expert knowledge into machine-readable fault-finding trees, validate AI-generated sequences for technical accuracy and HSE compliance, and drive a repeatable process within the department.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on wind turbine technology experience with electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in knowledge management, ideally with AI or digital tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to work across international, globally dispersed teams of technical and non-technical experts.
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to wind turbine operations and safety.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Proficiency in English for interviews and meetings.
