eXalt Fi in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an experienced eFront Application & Operations Support Analyst to ensure stability and performance of FrontInvest/eFront in private equity and real estate operations.

You will work across Front, Middle, and Back Office teams, handle L2/L3 incidents, manage data interfaces, and contribute to releases, reporting, and process improvements, with fluent English. Hybrid work model available.

Qualificações

• Experience in supporting financial services applications (L2/L3)
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with reporting tools (eFront PageBuilder, Power BI, SSRS)
• Understanding of fund lifecycles (Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt) and operations

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and technical support for FrontInvest/eFront across Run activities
• Manage access, security profiles and segregation of duties
• Monitor platform availability; oversee ETL data flows and interfaces
