Transforma Travel Group is seeking an Educational Travel Operations Officer based in Lisbon. You will own end-to-end educational tours in the EMEA region—from quoting and supplier booking to detailed planning, departure readiness, live operation and post-tour follow-up.

Reporting to the EMEA Operations & Product Manager, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance and Safety teams, maintaining accurate tour data in Travel Studio and driving risk-aware, cost-controlled,

Qualificações

• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in group travel or education travel operations.
• Strong numerical and cost management skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in records.
• Effective communication with suppliers, teams and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own quotes, costings and supplier bookings for educational tours.
• Oversee end-to-end tour planning and live operation readiness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance and Safety teams.
• Maintain tour budgets, deadlines and documentation quality.
• Ensure safety compliance and post-tour follow-up improvements.
• Contribute to new itineraries and process improvements.
