Spektrum seeks a Training Catalogue Specialist in Oeiras, Portugal, to manage the NCI Academy Cyberspace Learning Catalogue and related training-management systems. You will coordinate CCDs, course descriptions, and performance objectives, ensuring accuracy across TMS, ETOC, ePRIME, and catalogues.

The role focuses on administration and governance rather than technical cybersecurity, requiring strong data-management, English fluency, and collaboration with instructors and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience in Education & Training administration.
• Familiarity with NATO CCDs or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating course development and certification.
• Strong course-data management and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English, including technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Update and maintain course information in TMS, ETOC, and ePRIME.
• Ensure information remains consistent between the NCI Academy Cyberspace Learning Catalogue and the NATO portal.
• Manage course content updates and align training and service catalogues.
• Support Curriculum Review activities and CCD tracking.
• Develop and manage a CCD tracking dashboard.
• Coordinate with Academy Training Branches and instructors to gather CCD information.
• Track course certification processes and report findings.
• Coordinate observations and corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Ensure CCD development follows NATO directives and templates.
• Participate in Curriculum Review Boards and implement catalogue updates.
• Maintain and update the Academy Cyberspace Learning Catalogue.
• Align Learning Catalogue with the Agency Services Catalogue.
• Respond to stakeholder and instructor queries.
• Build and maintain POC networks.
• Present updates relating to TMS, ETOC, ePRIME and certification.
• Maintain data accuracy and perform data downloads/uploads.
