About the Project:
The HC One eShop is a strategic B2B eCommerce platform for Bosch’s Heating and Cooling (HC) business unit, supporting partners and customers in digital sales and service. The platform is being rolled out across multiple countries to enhance commercial interactions and standardize processes.
Your Responsibilities:
Support execution of tests to ensure application quality.
Assist in the functional development of new requirements: monitoring and optimization.
Support creation and maintenance of documentation related to the application.
Ensure compliance processes are up-to‑date.
Execute access control checks.
Background in Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
Experience in e-commerce within a project environment (e.g., requirement management).
Strong customer orientation.
Enthusiasm for developing and implementing new concepts and processes.
Excellent communication and moderation skills; initiative, persuasiveness, and assertiveness.
