Job Description
Our product owner team prides ourselves in putting the customer at the center of everything we do and look to provide seamless journeys to meet their needs. We are looking for a dynamic leader to own the website experience across awareness and consideration within the customer journey on our Bose.com Salesforce platform.
You are responsible for driving customer engagement, maximizing the value of the product capabilities, ensuring product health and performance, and prioritizing the work of the Development Team. You represent the business stakeholders and are the voice of the customer.
As the Site Experience Product Owner, you will work closely with business leaders in our Direct to Consumer organization, including eCommerce, Customer Service, and Marketing to understand our business strategy and translate those needs into EPICS and Stories for your development team to deliver.
As a strategic leader, you must partner with our strategy team to define and articulate business value to build a prioritized backlog. You must be passionate about defining and building amazing experiences for our customers and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the business.
