Overview

PaRK International School is seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to work with children aged 3 to 5 years old. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing school community where staff contribute to pastoral care and co-curricular activities in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and support early years students (ages 3-5), following the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons that stimulate early cognitive, social, and physical development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where young children feel supported and encouraged.
• Use creative and interactive teaching methods, including play, stories, songs, and hands-on activities to promote learning.
• Foster the development of essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and social interaction.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing individualised feedback to support each child’s growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s development and provide advice on supporting learning at home.
• Collaborate with colleagues on developing cross-curricular activities that integrate learning through play.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular programs, helping to build a sense of community among students and families.
• Ensure that teaching aligns with the values of the school, promoting a love of learning and encouraging positive relationships.
