Jobtailor in Lisbon is seeking a content and store optimization specialist to manage Emma's online store content and promotions. You will publish products and enhance the portfolio while collaborating on regional projects, AB tests, and UX improvements to boost site performance.

The role emphasizes fast learning, analytical thinking, and a user-centric approach, with English fluency as a key requirement and additional languages considered a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience managing a website/online store (Shopify, WordPress, ContentStack, Magento).
• Experience in product management, stakeholder management, website analysis.
• Fast learner with a user-centric mindset; able to troubleshoot and find solutions.
• Analytical and curious mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• You will set up weekly and monthly promotions on the online store.
• You will publish new products and edit current portfolio.
• You will work in different regional projects (AB tests, website analysis, global or regional UX optimizations, new landing pages).
• You will have the overall objective of improving the performance of the website.

Requirements

• You have preferably worked on the management of a website/online store (Shopify, WordPress, ContentStack, Magento).
• You have preferably worked on product management, stakeholder management, website analysis.
• You are a fast learner with a user‑centric mindset. You can troubleshoot and find solutions to problems.
• You have an analytical and curious mind.
• You are fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
