Metyis is growing! We are looking for an E-Commerce Business Analyst with 3 -5 years of relevant experience for a full-time position to join the Digital Commerce Analytics team at our Digital Campus in Porto.

What you will do

We are looking for an E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our Digital Campus team in Porto for a leading luxury fashion brand.

In this role, You will:

1) Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyse e-commerce data, including website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behaviour

  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data trends and performance metrics

  • Create ad hoc reports to track the success of e-commerce initiatives to ultimately drive sales

  • Prepare and run recurring business reviews with senior management

  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting for e-commerce initiatives

2) Stakeholder Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and Act as the liaison between business and analytics functions

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner

What you’ll bring
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or digital projects.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of B2C Ecommerce Business Models and KPIs

  • Proven experience in data storytelling, visualisation and working with analytics platforms (e.g. GA360, Google Big Query, Contentsquare, Databricks, Salesforce, Salesforce Analytics Cloud)

  • Proven experience working with Jupyter Notebooks, SQL and Python for ad hoc analysis

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
