Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar reservas e processar contratos de aluguel com precisão e profissionalismo
• Garantir acolhimento caloroso e serviço de excelência do início ao fim
• Maximizar oportunidades de venda oferecendo coberturas, upgrades e serviços adicionais
• Utilizar técnicas de vendas, criar rapport e superar objeções
• Cumprir políticas de aluguel para transações seguras e conformes
• Ajudar clientes a identificar serviços ou produtos adicionais
• Entregar serviço de excelência em todas as etapas do aluguel
• Apoiar as operações do balcão com tarefas adicionais conforme necessário

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.


• Ensure every customer is welcomed and treated with respect, providing an exceptional level of service from start to finish.


• **Maximize sales opportunities** by consistently offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer, ensuring 100% compliance.


• **Utilize effective sales techniques** by building rapport through open-ended questions, emphasizing product features and benefits, and skillfully overcoming customer objections.


• Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.


• Assist customers by identifying any additional services or products that may enhance their rental experience.


• Provide unmatched service excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process.


• Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.
