CB Talents is hiring a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. Join an international team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

You must be a native Dutch speaker or have at least a C2 level in the language, hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal, and possess good English skills. This full-time position offers paid training and is scheduled for Monday to Saturday with rotating shifts.

Qualificações

• Native Dutch or equivalent C2 level is essential.
• EU Citizenship or Valid Portuguese Work Permit required.
• Good English communication skills are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Dutch during rotating shifts.
