C&D Talent Advisory - Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects in Lisbon, Portugal on-site. You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, providing guidance and resolving inquiries with a focus on service quality.

Ideal candidates have C1/C2 Dutch and English B2 or higher, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Training is provided, with a base salary of €1,100 gross and benefits.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service questions, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Record interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Handle inquiries professionally during high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
