WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Porto, Portugal, onsite, to provide professional, empathetic support across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure quality service in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include fluent Dutch (verbal and written) and C1 English, plus strong customer service and communication skills. The role includes accommodation support and a Welcome Bonus program.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction
• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch
• C1 level of English
