WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Porto, Portugal onsite team. You will provide professional, empathetic support to customers across markets, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high-quality service experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotational environment.

Requirements include fluent Dutch and C1 English, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving. Accommodation support is provided; a €4,000 welcome bonus is paid in monthly instalments

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
