Location: Lisbon, Portugal Type: Full-time, On-site Contract: 6-month fixed-term (CDD) Start Date: January 30, 2025

About the Role

Were seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while providing exceptional customer support.

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
  • 2 rotational days off per week
Compensation
  • Performance bonus: 120 (12 months)

Key Requirements
  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory)
