Cbtalents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team on-site. You will provide friendly, proactive support to Dutch-speaking customers and help them find quick, effective solutions.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat; guiding customers through issues; and ensuring a smooth, positive experience while you collaborate with colleagues across borders.

Qualificações

• Speak Dutch fluently or at native level.
• Can communicate comfortably in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site.
