JoB Training & Coaching is seeking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team with openings for remote, hybrid, and office-based work in Portugal. You will assist Dutch and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone while maintaining high service quality in a fast-growing digital environment.

Relocation support is available for EU movers. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with global teams to ensure a positive customer

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer support, sales support, or contact center roles.
• At least 6 months experience is mandatory for all applicants.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules if required.
• Local candidates only with valid language skills.
