Ignite in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to join its international team. You will review Dutch-language user content, enforce guidelines, and help maintain a safe online space for millions of users.

No prior experience required; we welcome motivated individuals who can learn quickly and adapt to changing policies. The role includes relocation support, housing, and ongoing training to grow within the company.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch with high accuracy and attention to policy rules.
• Good command of English for internal communications and training.

Responsabilidades

• Content Review: Assess Dutch user posts (images, videos, text) against guidelines.
• Protect Online Spaces: Identify and remove harmful or inappropriate content to ensure safety.
• Data Analysis: Make fast, impartial moderation decisions using tools.
• Team Collaboration: Work with an international team to maintain quality and consistency.
• Continuous Improvement: Attend training on policies, trends, and culture.
