Next Job Abroad is recruiting a Content Moderator for our Sofia-based team to review user-generated back-office content and enforce policy guidelines. You will act on material that violates rules, stay current with internal policies, and help identify emerging risks through pattern analysis.

The role requires fluent Dutch and English (B2+), strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a fast-paced environment. Relocation support to Sofia is provided.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated back-office information to ensure compliance with policies.
• Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks.
• Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation.
• Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks.
