Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking drivers for an EU field data collection project. You will drive equipped vehicles along pre‑assigned routes on streets and points of interest, capture images and video, and review data for quality.

Company Description

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible, counting features, taking pictures, recording speech, and scanning areas for every detail needed to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready for new challenges.

Project Overview

This project aims to collect high‑quality visuals of streets, key points of interest, and public spaces across EU countries. Vehicles equipped with removable 360° cameras and LiDARs will travel pre‑assigned routes, capturing comprehensive images of surrounding areas. The data will be stored on onboard SSD drives and later used to enhance a leading online mapping platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipped vehicles along specified routes covering public streets, commercial areas, and points of interest.
• Capture high‑quality images and video footage using mounted cameras and record relevant data.
• Review captured data for quality, revisiting locations when necessary due to weather or conditions.
• Maintain accurate records in GSuite tools (Google Sheets, Forms) and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies during all operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Valid EU‑issued driver’s license and at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Professional driving background (e.g., taxi, delivery, logistics).
• Clean criminal and driving background check.
• Proficient in English and the local language of the operation area.
• Tech‑savvy with experience using GSuite tools.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
• Responsible, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

Requirements
