Nestlé Business Services (NBS) in Lisbon is seeking a Documentation Specialist (Freight) to manage documentation and transportation for Nestlé Professional projects. You will define schedules, choose delivery modes, and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.

You will collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes, resolve shipment issues, and guarantee timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualificações

• Degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• Solid understanding of logistics and international transport.
• Experience with SAP navigation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Define schedules and delivery modes to be compliant and cost effective.
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.
• Ensure all required documentation for shipments is prepared and compliant.

Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a Documentation Specialist (Freight). Reporting to Trade Assets Supervisor, this professional will be responsible to ensure all transportations related with Nestle Professional (Obsidian Project). Define schedules and delivery modes used to be compliant and costs effective. Guarantee documents clearance and ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation. Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.

A day in the life of...

• Supervises the movement of the goods
• Research ideal shipping, routing, and carriers
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
• Be responsible of the organization of all the schedules of shipments, number of goods to be delivered, delivery modes used
• Ensure all the needed documentation
• Accountability to make goods arrive to Customer

• Degree in business administration, logistic, supply chain or relevant field
• Solid understanding of logistics
• Competence in international related transportation and shipping
• Good domain of SAP navigation
• Knowledge of Excel and Power BI
• Import/Export regulamentation knowledge
