Nestlé Business Services Lisbon (NBS Lisbon) is seeking a Documentation Specialist (Freight) to ensure all transportations related to Nestle Professional (Obsidian Project) are compliant and cost-effective. You will define schedules, guarantee document clearance, and collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.

The role requires a degree in business administration, logistics or related field, strong logistics knowledge, and proficiency in SAP navigation,

Qualificações

• Degree in business administration, logistic, supply chain or relevant field.
• Solid understanding of logistics.
• Competence in international related transportation and shipping.
• Good domain of SAP navigation.
• Knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Import/Export regulamentation knowledge.

• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
• Be responsible of the organization of all the schedules of shipments, number of goods to be delivered, delivery modes used

Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Documentation Specialist (Freight). Reporting to Trade Assets Supervisor, this professional will be responsible to ensure all transportations related with Nestle Professional (Obsidian Project). Define schedules and delivery modes used to be compliant and costs effective. Guarantee documents clearance and ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation. Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.
