Job summary

PrimeIT in Porto is seeking a DLP Analyst with mid-level experience to manage DLP alerts, review events, and escalate issues as needed. The role focuses on improving DLP policy effectiveness and coordinating with the Control Manager on rule reviews.

Candidates should have 2–6 years in DLP or security monitoring, be fluent in French, and possess strong communication skills. Salary ranges from €1,200 to €2,000 monthly plus food allowance and flex benefits. Position is based in Porto.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in DLP or security monitoring.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat DLP alerts at Level 1 according to predefined criteria.
• Review and analyze daily events, escalating them to Level 2 when required.
• Investigate potential data leaks and assess their impact.
• Identify weaknesses in the DLP monitoring system and security processes.
• Liaise with the Control Manager regarding DLP events and rule reviews.
• Suggest best practices to optimize DLP detection capabilities.
• Contribute to the testing and analysis of new DLP policies.
• Coordinate the review of policies and validated practices.
• Monitor entities' backlogs and compliance with established processes.
• Produce the Monthly DLP Dashboard.
• Manage the deployment of new entities and scopes on the DLP platform.

DLP Analyst
