Since 2006, we serve top brands using proprietary tools and deep client expertise, offering services across the product and customer lifecycle, including design, development, QA, localization, player support, and analytics. With operations in Europe, America, and Asia, we aim to expand our market presence in Europe and America.

SUMMARY

We seek a highly motivated, hands-on sales leader to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will articulate our offerings, understand client needs, and build lasting relationships, effectively communicating our technical capabilities.

The candidate should be capable of hiring, managing, providing technical mentorship, fostering collaboration, and developing team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and increasing market penetration.
  2. Manage responsibilities across Europe and America.
  3. Lead strategy formulation and execution, enabling deals to close.
  4. Develop and execute business development strategies for gaming, mapping partners and prioritizing potential collaborations.
  5. Create a strategic roadmap (years 1-3) for identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities.
  6. Strengthen existing partner relationships.
  7. Establish metrics and visibility for revenue operations for executive insight.
  8. Provide hands-on leadership to sales and operations teams.

DESIRABLE TRAITS

  1. Player-coach mentality with leadership by example.
  2. Strong analytical, reasoning, presentation, and communication skills.
  3. Background in BPO, preferably in gaming.
  4. Ability to increase market penetration through a team of hunters.
  5. Experience in managing responsibilities, setting sales indicators, and managing revenue, margins, and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. 8+ years in a global, revenue-generating role.
  2. Experience in creative or IT services industries.
  3. Strong connections within the gaming industry.
  4. Experience working across time zones and geographies.
  5. Strategic vision to anticipate gaming trends and capitalize on new opportunities.
  6. Experience managing a sales team; global team experience is a plus.
