Digital Silk is seeking a senior Digital Strategist to lead client relationships, craft web and marketing strategies, and guide cross‑functional teams on branding, design, development, and marketing campaigns. The role emphasizes showing value, upselling, and growing relationships across diverse client accounts.

The position is full‑time and remote, with US-based headquarters and 8am–5pm EST client hours. Competitive salaries, yearly raises, and company shares are offered.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch.
• Over 5 years of experience managing clients and internal design and development teams on web projects.
• Over 3 years of experience managing custom websites and marketing projects.
• Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish.
• Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines.
• Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks.

Responsabilidades

• Create website & marketing strategies, and present them to the client.
• Create optimized header messaging for websites and guide designers on UX conversion funnels.
• Lead website projects from concept to launch.
• Ability to show value to clients and upsell on marketing to drive growth.
• Give feedback to improve design and UX, and marketing performance on each client account.
• Update clients daily on progress and provide professional consultation to achieve the best results.
• Ensure projects are set up properly in the project management tool, and accounts are all up to date.
• Work with marketing and development directors on ensuring the best quality results and overcoming any challenges.
• Report to the CEO on team performance and metric reports
