As a Digital Sales Manager you will be the link between marketing and sales, driving business growth by turning digital leads into a strong sales pipeline and supporting the optimization of digital sales processes.

Your role in our team
  • You will qualify inbound leads from digital channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook) and evaluate them as potential customers.
  • You will initiate first contact with prospects, spark their interest, and gather key information.
  • You will nurture leads through continuous communication (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages) to build long-term relationships.
  • You will transfer qualified leads to the sales team via CRM, ensuring a smooth handover and follow-up.
  • You will conduct data-driven analyses on lead quality, pipeline status, and processing efficiency, taking responsibility for reporting and success measurement.
  • You will collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation processes and implement lead management strategies.
  • You will acquire deep knowledge of Körber’s portfolio and apply this expertise during lead qualification.
  • You will monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • You will contribute to developing and executing our digital sales strategy, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales.
Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales development or digital sales, including customer relationship management.
  • You have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proactive approach to engaging with prospects.
  • You have strong organizational skills in sales planning, appointment coordination, and reporting.
  • You have experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot expertise is a significant advantage).
  • You have an analytical mindset and are confident working with data and performance metrics.
  • You are curious about digital technologies and motivated to grow professionally.
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
