About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will directly contribute to the success of our clients digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement changes to improve KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to refine ad strategies.
- Generate performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets, applying intermediate to advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
- Collaborate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Communicate with Danish-speaking clients or internal stakeholders to report on performance and campaign updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Danish C2 or native and strong B2 in English.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing ads on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, with ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with additional tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or SEMrush.
