Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support our marketing team in implementing digital campaigns and managing our online presence. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of digital marketing tools, strong communication skills, and a willingness to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and WhatsApp.
• Create reports using Excel, including basic data analysis and visualization.
• Help track performance metrics and prepare basic reports (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Schedule and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) under supervision.
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 1 year of hands‑on experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Mailjet or similar.
• Comfortable with tools like Canva.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Italian language proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
