Dietitian Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dietitian Assistant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Dietitian Assistant, you will provide support to our team of dietitians by assisting with meal planning, food preparation, and nutrition education for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist dietitians in creating personalized meal plans for clients based on their dietary needs and goals
• Prepare healthy and nutritious meals according to meal plans
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to meal plans as needed
• Maintain accurate records of client information and progress
• Assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation for clients who require extra support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
• Previous experience working as a Dietitian Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of nutrition principles and healthy eating habits
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

Salary

Salary for this position is negotiable based on experience, but will start at 1000$ per month.

Location

This position is located in Porto, Portugal. While Portuguese nationality is preferred, we welcome all qualified candidates.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with standard office hours. However, some evening or weekend work may be required based on client appointments.
