Diaverum is seeking a Nurse (m/f) for a Supply of Services at the Boavista clinic in Porto. The role focuses on delivering high-quality renal care within a multidisciplinary team, with emphasis on patient empowerment and adherence to treatment.

The ideal candidate holds a Nursing degree with a valid licence and Portuguese fluency; English is a plus. Training in dialysis techniques is provided, and the position is available as Part Time or Full Time on-site in Porto.

Formación

• Nursing degree and valid professional nursing licence.
• Experience in dialysis is valued but not required.
• Fluency in Portuguese; English is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care across clinic settings.
• Ensure quality and safety standards based on best practice.
• Document nursing interventions accurately and timely.
• Promote patient and family empowerment and adherence to treatment.
