A Diaverum, líder em cuidados renais, procura uma enfermeira/o com licenciatura para integrar a equipa numa clínica em Portugal.

Este cargo envolve prestar cuidados de enfermagem, realizar intervenções baseadas em evidência, documentation de intervenções e promoção da autonomia de pacientes e famílias, com formação contínua em técnicas de diálise.

Qualificações

• Diploma em Enfermagem e licença válida para exercer a profissão.
• Com ou sem experiência em técnicas de diálise.
• Proficiência em Português e Inglês.
• Conhecimento de sistemas de qualidade.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar cuidados de enfermagem em diferentes contextos clínicos da clínica.
• Intervir com base em evidência científica, assegurando a aplicação de padrões de qualidade.
• Documentar intervenções de enfermagem atempadamente.
• Promover a autonomia do doente, o empoderamento da família e a adesão ao tratamento.
• Comunicar de forma eficaz com pacientes e familiares.
• Participar em iniciativas de coordenação entre níveis de cuidados de saúde.
• Contribuir para melhorias contínuas dentro da prática profissional.
• Registar incidentes.
• Participar em programas de investigação nacionais e internacionais.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care across the different clinical settings of the clinic
• Intervene based on the best scientific evidence, ensuring the implementation of quality standards
• Document nursing interventions in a timely manner
• Promote patient autonomy, empowerment of the patient and their family, and adherence to treatment
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing and a valid professional licence
• With or without experience in dialysis techniques
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
