PrimeIT seeks a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to drive platform reliability and automation in Lisbon. You will implement self-healing solutions, monitor capacity and performance, and collaborate with internal teams and providers to improve services across international projects.

The role requires 6+ years in platform operations, hands-on Terraform/GitHub/OpenShift/ArgoCD experience, and strong scripting skills. Portuguese/English may be used in global environments.

Qualificações

• Senior level with 6+ years of experience in platform operations.
• Experience with Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift, ArgoCD and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and ITIL processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain automation solutions, self-healing mechanisms, and operational improvements to increase platform efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor and manage platform capacity, performance, and resource utilization, supporting scalability and availability objectives.
• Analyse recurring incidents, contribute to root cause analysis, and implement continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support platform operations, incident resolution, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Skills

• Strong experience in platform operations, automation, and infrastructure management within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift, ArgoCD, and CI/CD practices to support platform reliability and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation development using Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or similar tools to reduce manual operational effort.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ITIL processes, API security concepts (OAuth/OpenID), and stakeholder management in international environments.
