Körber Supply Chain Automation in Portugal seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automation, deployment processes, and infrastructure to support our products and services.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams, build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab, manage on‑prem VMware/Hyper‑V environments, and stay current with cloud, security, and monitoring practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a DevOps or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Hands-on with on-prem infrastructure using VMware, Hyper-V, VM Essentials.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Bash).
• Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for applications.
• Monitor and maintain availability, performance, and security of infrastructure.
• Participate in troubleshooting and incident response activities.
• Stay up to date with DevOps and cloud computing best practices.
• Design, implement and maintain secure on-prem infrastructure using VMware, Hyper‑V and VM Essentials.
